From the design of multi-Petabyte Enterprise storage networks, through system and network diagnosis to the expert recovery of evidence from many-Megabyte memory cards; the Group has services that can assist Clients in the protection and recovery of information or digital assets.

The Group offers the services in the form of discrete engagements with Clients, that are specifically outlined in an Order Form or Engagement Letter agreed by both parties. This ensures that expectations including deliverables, timescales and each parties obligations are fully understood prior to commencement, thus ensuring an optimum and efficient outcome of the engagement.

CONTENTENGINEER® : Technology Advisory Services assists Clients in designing, specifying, re-engineering and acquiring often complex [Enterprise] storage network systems and solutions for Microsoft Windows, Linux, UNIX and Mac Operating System servers. The Group has specific knowledge in Storage Area Networks (SAN), Network Attached Storage (NAS), Backup, Recovery, and Advanced Management Functionality. The services are designed enable Clients to reduce the cost of data storage and maximise the availability and financial return from such technology assets.

CONTENTENGINEER® : Advanced Diagnostic Services enables Clients to enjoy rapid resolution to both system and network issues. The Group provides a totally independent service for identifying and resolving faults in servers, desktops, laptops, network cabling and WiFi wireless network distribution; the key processing and interconnect elements in any electronic data storage system. A range of test equipment, software discovery and analysis tools provides a major reduction in repair time, dramatic drop in support costs and elimination of wasted time in protracted investigations.

CONTENTENGINEER® : Data Recovery Services enables Clients to both recover and protect data from a wide variety of devices and media. The Group provides effective incident management with the express aim of minimising loss of critical data, artefacts and non-file based content. Prior to incidents happening, the Group can also assist in the definition of appropriate data retention and deletion policies to meet the raft of statutes and regulations, in accordance with industry best practice.

CONTENTENGINEER® : ContentForensic™ Services supports Clients in critical investigations, with evidence collection, examination and investigation to forensic standards in all environments, including "live" data and memory analysis where practical and safe to do so. With advanced software tools and specialist hardware, the Group can extract data from a wide variety of devices including hard disk drives, floppy disks, CDs, DVDs, flash memory (including media cards, compact flash, USB memory sticks, xD, SD amongst others), SIM cards, RFID devices and smart cards. The Group also has full digital photographic capability with inhouse digital photo lab for rapid turnaround of prints and images for urgent investigations.

CONTENTENGINEER® : Expert Witness Services provides Clients with independent technical expertise as formal Expert Witnesses to courts as Single Joint Experts, and to legal teams. The Group always maintains an objective view on all cases, bringing resources, knowledge and expertise in this information age. From initial case review, through meetings and conference to undertaking advanced testing and investigation and preparation of detailed witness statements these services focus on providing both factual (binary) and robust (quantitative) opninion. Experts prepare detailed reports to the highest of standards, with full glossaries and explanatory notes for non-technical readers.

CONTENTENGINEER® : Media Wipe Services provides Clients with an essential service to enable the secure disposal of IT assets, including systems, networks and media. Offering secure and certified erasure of personal and confidential data, including software; it enables compliance with statute and regulation, protection against identity theft and support of the Data Protection Act guidelines.
